Keith R. Wanezek, 39, Platteville, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 15 at his residence.

Funeral services were on Monday, Feb. 20 at 10:30 a.m. at Martin Schwartz Funeral Home and Crematory, 1234 S. Madison Street in Lancaster. Pastor Mark Hoehne officiated. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster.  Visitation was on Sunday, Feb. 19 from 1–4 p.m. at the funeral home and on Monday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
