Leslie L. Schmidt, 82, Rock Falls, Ill., died on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011, at her residence. It was her wish to have no visitation or funeral service. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial of the cremated remains will be in Boscobel at a later date.
