Michael J. “Mike” Rupp, 56, of Shullsburg, died Friday, Oct. 23, 2015, at Epione Pavilion in Cuba City.  Mike was born on Sept. 18, 1959, in Hazel Green, the son of Ambrose and Shirley (Watters) Rupp.
