Orville Gordon Smith, age 86, of Lancaster passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at Lancaster Health Services, Lancaster.  Private family services with military honors will be held at a later date.  Martin Schwartz Funeral Home & Crematory in Lancaster is assisting the family.
