Robert M. “Bob” Pearce, 81, Platteville, died on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.

Mass of Christian Burial was at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 18 at St. Philomena Catholic Church in Belmont.  Rev. Jim Leeser officiated.  Burial was at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery in Cuba City, where military rites were accorded. Visitation was from 2–5 p.m. Sunday at the Melby Funeral Home & Crematory in Platteville. There was a rosary at 1:45 p.m. Visitation continued from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Monday at the church. Memorials may be made to the Robert M. Pearce Memorial Fund.
