Roger Gale Sime, born October 19, 1929, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at the age of 92. He was born to Herman and Grace (Helgerson) Sime and was the 6th of 10 children. Roger served in the Army, being stationed in Germany and he was extremely proud of his military service. He farmed all his life in Crawford County.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Utica Lutheran Church Cemetery in Roger’s memory.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Utica Lutheran Church. A visitation was held on Friday, July 15, 2022, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. at Vosseteig Funeral Home in Gays Mills. An additional visitation will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of service.
