Shirley J. Spencer Frank, 76, from rural Hillsboro passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 6, 2018, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, August 18, at 11:00 a.m. at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home in Richland Center, with Pastor Ken Halstead officiating. Friends may call on Saturday, August 18, at the Clary Memorial Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Walk with GRACE.
