Stanley E. Howard age 91, of Darlington, descendant of several pioneer Wisconsin families, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013 at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington. He was born May 13, 1921 in Willow Springs Township of Lafayette County, the son of Elmer and Mabel (Huss) Howard. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Darlington United Methodist Church, 546 Park Place in Darlington with Rev. Larry Hakes officiating. Burial was in Union Grove Cemetery in Darlington. A visitation was held Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. in Darlington.
