Virginia Evelyn Belscamper, 85, Fennimore, died on Tuesday morning, July 14, 2015 at Mercy Hospital in Dubuque, Iowa.

The funeral service was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Fennimore United Methodist Church with burial in the Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster. Renee Thomas officiated. Visitation was held from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 16 at the Larson Family Funeral Home in Fennimore and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Friday morning.
