Wanda L. Jacobson, age 93 of Darlington, passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2015 at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington. She was born Dec. 28, 1921 in rural Darlington, the daughter of Fred and Elsie (Wyss) Hirsbrunner.

A funeral service will be held Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Immanuel United Church of Christ (339 E. Louisa Street, Darlington) with Rev. Larry Balleine officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Argyle. A visitation will be held Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Erickson Funeral Home (508 Main Street, Darlington) and again from noon until the time of services at the church on Friday.
