David Buchholz and Reta Hansen were united in marriage on Aug. 3, 1957, at the First Methodist Church in Platteville.
Their family includes three children, Nancy Buchholz and significant other, Adam Grabski, Mazomanie, Craig (Vickie) Buchholz, Cary, Ill., and Jon (Julie) Buchholz, Edgerton.
They have five grandchildren, Jeremiah Grabski, Katie (Nick) Myers, Kellie (Joe) Cafferata, and Madeline and William Buchholz. They have three great-granddaughters, Elaina, Georgia and Stella Myers.
