Radley and Angela Kamps of Elkhorn are the parents of a daughter, Annalise Audrey, born Friday, Nov. 11 at Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn.
Annalise weighed eight pounds, 13 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. She joins two brothers, Ethan, 4, and Isaac, 2.
Grandparents  are Richard and Carol Kamps of Belmont, and Greg and Jan Dietrich of Ixonia. 
Great-grandparents are Delores Kamps of Belmont and Donald and Dolores Albrecht of Milwaukee.
Annalise’s father  is a pharmacist  at Wal-Mart in Delavan and her mother is a homemaker.
