Tara Jean Burris and Logan Douglas are proud to announce the birth of their daughter Emilia Rose Marie Douglas, born Feb. 5 at the Mercy Hospital Trauma Center in Janesville. Emilia weighed 9 pound, 6 ounces.
Grandparents are Rod and Mary Burris, Tom and Rachell Douglas and Kim and Tom Mangione.
