Paul and Ashley Miller, Lancaster, announce the birth of their daughter, Elsa Hermione Miller, at 4:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 7 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Elsa weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces and was 19 inches long.
Grandparents are Mike McDermott, Platteville, Leslie McDermott, Lomira, and Phil and Judi Miller, Kenosha.
Great-grandparents are Joyce McDermott, Platteville, Lea Richards, Kenosha, and Vince and Marilynn Abing, Platteville.
Elsa’s father is a music editor/arranger at musicnotes.com in Middleton. Her mother is a band and music teacher at Lancaster Middle School.
