Jake and Falynn (Prohaska) Mittag, Madison, announce the birth of their daughter, Macy Harper Mittag, at 9:13 a.m. on Dec. 18, 2014, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison.
Macy weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19.5 inches long.
Grandparents are Garry and Kristal Prohaska, Platteville, and Paul and Patti Mittag, Random Lake.
Great-grandparents are Bill and Doris Scheil, Platteville, and Gloria Mittag, Grafton.
