friday, feb. 1 – Sheena Wetter and Cory Starnes of Boscobel, a son, Ryker Rodney Wetter-Starnes, 8 pounds 3 ounces, 20.5 inches long, born at 6:22 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. He joins a big sister, Jamie. Grandparents are Dave and Gail Wetter and the late Rocky and Roberta Starnes.
