Christian and Lindsey Whalen of Holly Springs, N.C. wish to announce the birth of their son, Jamison Patrick Whalen, born Nov. 18, 2012 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh, N.C. He weighed 8 pounds 10 ounces and was 22 inches long.
    Grandparents are Dr. Pat and Jane Whalen of Darlington and retired Major General Robert and Karin Dickerson of Swansboro, N.C.
