Adam and Kathryn Balster, Cascade, Iowa, are proud to announce the birth of their son, Wyatt Stephen Balster, at 1:24 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 9 at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque.
Wyatt weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 20 inches long. He joins a brother, Owen Thomas, 4.
Grandparents are Steve and Maggie Kleisath, Platteville, and Tom and Maggie Balster, Dubuque.
