Jerry and Janelle Carroll of Lancaster, are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Jeffrey Carroll to Brooke Millman, daughter of Wayne and Dora Huseman of Holland, Iowa and Terry Atkinson of Dubuque, Iowa.
Jeffrey graduated from Lancaster High School and Southwest Technical College. He is a conductor for the CN Railroad.
Brooke graduated from Grundy Center High School and Clarke College. She is a graphic designer at Envision.
The wedding will be held at the Grand River Center in Dubuque, Iowa on May 3, 2014.
