Herbert Copus of Victor, MT and Kindra Hansen of Gays Mills announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelssi Copus to Timothy Deluhery Jr., son of Timothy Deluhery Sr. of Prairie du Chien and Patty Beck of McGregor, Iowa. The couple met in Prairie du Chien and now reside in Monona, Iowa. The future bride graduated in 2010 from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Teacher Education Program. She is employed as an Elementary Special Education Teacher in the Prairie du Chien School District. The future groom earned an Associate Degree in Applied Science (Natural Gas Utility) at Northeast Iowa Community College in Peosta, Iowa. He is employed as a Service Technician for Black Hills Energy in Decorah, Iowa. A December 2014 wedding is planned in Punta Cana, with a reception to follow in January of 2015.
