Mariah Droessler and Billy Meier, Potosi, announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The wedding ceremony will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3 at St. Andrew Church in Potosi. A reception and dance will be held from 5–11 p.m. at Holiday Gardens.
Parents of the future bride are Tom and Mary Droessler, Potosi. Parents of the future groom are Doug and Sandy Meier.
Mariah graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Platteville with a bachelor’s degree. She began teaching high school special education in the Potosi School District this year.
Billy earned an associate’s degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College for electrical power distribution. He has worked for Alliant Energy for 8 years.
