Elizabeth Finnell, Gays Mills, and Nicholas Cullen, Boscobel, announced their engagement and forthcoming marriage. Their parents are Theresa Finnell and the late Gary Finnell, Gays Mills, and Robin Dombeck, Wauzeka, and Herman Cullen, Fennimore. They will be married Saturday, July 20 at the White House in Richland Center.
