The tiny town of Wiota happily announces the engagement and forthcoming marriage of two of its own, Dani Goodman and Kory Tuescher. 

Delete - Merge Dani is the daughter of Rhonda and Jack Fuchs, Wiota and Fred Goodman, Monroe.  She is a 2006 graduate of Black Hawk High School, South Wayne and a 2010 graduate of Winona State University, Winona, Minn.  Dani is employed as a social worker by Grant County Social Services in Lancaster and is currently attending UW-Madison.

Kory is the son of Steve and Patty Tuescher, Wiota, and was a 1999 graduate of Darlington High School and a 2003 graduate of Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa.  He received his Master’s degree from American Public University and is employed by the Dubuque Community School District as a physical education teacher.  He is also a head baseball coach and JV basketball coach at Wahlert Catholic High School in Dubuque.

Dani is the granddaughter of Mary Thorson and the late Jack Thorson of Woodford, and the late Virginia June Windsor of Monroe, and the great-granddaughter of Georgina Doubleday, Monroe.

Kory is the grandson of Fritz and Charlotte Haldiman, South Wayne, and the late Bert and Mary Tuescher of Darlington.
The couple will wed in Dubuque at the Church of the Resurrection on August 30, 2014.  Reception will follow at the Grand River Center.
