Dr. David and Susan Marx,  Lincoln, Neb., announce the engagement of their daughter, Anne, to Scott Scheuerell, both of Dubuque. He is the son of Kent and Carolyn Scheuerell, Platteville.
Anne graduated from the
University of Arkansas and is an assistant professor of sport management at Loras College in Dubuque. Scott graduated from the University of Missouri and is an associate professor of education at Loras College.
They are planning a 4 p.m.
wedding on April 12 at First Presbyterian Church in Dubuque, with a reception to
follow.
