Lawrence and Kristin Mumm announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kathryn L. Mumm, to Justin O. Oswald, son of Douglas and Katherine Oswald.
The bride-to-be is employed at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster, and the groom-to-be is employed at 3M in Prairie du Chien.
The couple is planning a Sept. 10, 2016 wedding in Wauzeka.
