Kent and Teresa (Powell) Garvey of Richland Center, and Hilman Coppernall of Oak Creek announce the marriage of their daughter, Heather Nicole Powell, to Daniel Joseph Clarke, son of Joseph and Elizabeth Clarke of Marengo, Ill. The wedding will take place on September 19, 2015, at 1:30 p.m. at Basswood Union Church. The reception will be held at The White House starting at 5 p.m. The couple currently resides in Harvard, Ill., and both own and operate Dan’s Diesel Performance.
