Announcing the engagement of Melissa Marie Riese, daughter of Sharon and Arnold Riese of Unity, to Thomas John Cullen, son of Patricia and Jerome Cullen of Platteville.
 Melissa and Tom will enter into the sacrament of marriage on Friday, Oct. 18, at St. Mary’s in East Dubuque, Ill., followed by a reception at Eagle Point Park in Dubuque, Iowa.
