UW–Platteville Inter-Religious Council Campus Ministries will host People of the Book Faith Discussions beginning tonight.

The series will be a student-led discussion on topics of faith common to People of the Book — Scripture or sacred writings central to the Jewish, Christian and Muslim faiths. The conversations seek to enhance understanding of religious traditions in a non-threatening and non-competitive environment. The dialogues will be grounded in civility between people willing to listen to others to learn and reflect with others around a table.

The first discussion will be Religious Education, in the Pioneer Student Center University Room today at 7 p.m. The second discussion will be “Abraham and the Covenant,” in the Pioneer Student Center Platteville East Room Thursday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m.
