Christy Wagner and Jesher Loi were united in marriage on July 30 at 11 a.m. at Ang Mo Kio Bethesda Hall in Singapore. Mr. Wong Tuck Keong officiated the ceremony. A reception followed at 1 p.m. at the Grand Hyatt Ballroom in Singapore.
Parents of the bride are Phillip and Kathleen Wagner of Platteville. Parents of the groom are Adrin and Jennifer Loi of Singapore.
The bride wore an ivory, satin gown with a pleated drop-waist bodice with beadwork. It had a pick-up skirt with flowers inset and a semi-cathederal train. Her veil was waist-length and edged in crystal.
Maids of honor were Marissa Wagner, sister of the bride, and Courtney Montoya, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Aubrea Wagner and Leandra Wagner, both sisters of the bride, and Julianne Bell, friend of the bride.
Best men were Joshua Masiko and Wong Yang Jian, friends of the groom. Groomsmen were Andrew Kaiser, friend of the groom, Justin Lye, cousin of the groom, and Loke Hoe Yeong, friend of the groom.
Ushers were Alvin Teo, Mitchell Hom, Annie McKeeth, and Nozomi Whatahara, all friends of the couple.
The couple honeymooned in London and Paris. They will reside in Singapore. Jesher is a director at Ya Kun Kaya Toast. Christy is a music instructor at the Magic Fiddler Pte. Ltd.
