An anonymous donor is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals of two City Park Veterans Honor Roll statues.

Platteville police said the vandalism took place sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning. The Sailor and Firefighter statues were vandalized by having their maintenance access panels broken into, and attempts appear to have been made to vandalize two other statues.

Anyone with information on the vandalism is asked to call police, 348-2313.
