The Tri-State Homeschool Drama Troupe will perform “Seussical Jr.” in the Platteville Municipal Building Auditorium Thursday and Friday at 7 p.m., and Saturday at 2 and 7 p.m.

Director Susan Cramer calls “Seussical Jr.” “a sweet, energetic musical based on Dr. Seuss characters and stories. It beautifully combines several books emphasizing ‘Horton Hears a Who’ and ‘Horton Hatches an Egg.’” 

The play has many roles played by more than 60 students of different ages, and includes a large chorus. “Seussical” is almost all song and dance, in true musical style. 

The Tri-State Homeschool Drama Troupe, consisting of homeschool students in the Tri-State area, has been producing family-friendly theatrical productions for 18 years.

Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Tickets may be purchased at seussicaljrmusical@gmail.com, at Driftless Market in downtown Platteville, and at the door before each performance.
