PLATTEVILLE — The Platteville School Board spent most of the summer approving new hires and transfers.

That has continued even though the school year is into the second quarter.

On Nov. 10, the School Board hired Jessica Henderson to fill a full-time special assistant position at Platteville Middle School.

The School Board also approved the hiring of UW–Platteville student Danielle Hentrich as High School assistant gymnastics coach. Hentrich was a member of the Platteville/Belmont/Lancaster gymnastics team.

The School Board also approved the resignation of seventh-grade girls track coach Sara Craig for medical reasons.

On Nov. 26, the School Board approved the request for temporary unpaid leave for High School teaching assistant Kim Nolan to complete her UW–Platteville practicum.
