Platteville, Belmont, Cuba City, Iowa–Grant and Potosi schools were closed March 5 due to 6 inches of snow. Platteville schools will have school April 1 to make up the day. On the other hand, the forecasted 3 to 7 inches of snow Monday was short by 3 to 7 inches.
