The three dailys of healing
They apply to every affliction, not just tick borne diseases

The October meeting of the Lyme disease support group for residents of Juneau, Monroe, Richland, Sauk and Vernon counties is scheduled for Oct. 30 from 6:30-8 p.m. at the Hillsboro Public Library meeting room, 819 High Ave.

The most common question received many times each month is:  “What can I do about Lyme Disease and related co-infections such as Babesia and Bartonella?”

Whether for tick borne diseases or for any other affliction, your body heals best with three things common to us all:

• Daily diet: What you eat and what you don’t eat either builds up or tears down your body;

• Daily activity: What you do and what you don’t do either strengthens or weakens your body;

• Daily perspective: How you see your daily life either fights your misery or adds to your misery.

These ‘three daily’s’ are written simplistically, but are useful for those who want to know what ails them and how to deal with it.

The Lyme Disease Support Group meets to grow in understanding as well as to support each other. Whether you have never attended the Friday meeting or have come previously, we welcome you.
