NORTH CRAWFORD - Yes, it’s finally that time of year again…that’s right it’s time to get to work on the yard and garden.

Maybe it’s time to replace some flowers, plants or shrubs—or maybe it’s time to add some new plantings.

Well you’re in luck, because a Spring Plant Sale Fundraiser is planned for North Crawford Schools on Tuesday, May 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. near the elementary school entrance. The plant sale will be taking place at the same time and date as the school’s spring concert for grades three, four and five.

The event is co-sponsored by members of the Crawford County Master Gardeners, the Soldiers Public Library and the North Crawford School Gardens.

Proceeds from the sale will go toward creating a pollinator garden at the Soldiers Grove Public Library and enhancing the North Crawford School Garden.

The Spring Plant Sale will feature a variety of annual and perennial flowers, plants and shrubbery.
