On Sunday, Oct. 18, 2026, Alyce departed for heaven, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, a family who adored her, and countless people whose lives were forever changed simply because she made room for them in hers.

In keeping with Alyce’s wishes, no formal services will be held. Those wishing to honor her memory are invited to make a donation in her name to the ASPCA or Wounded Warrior Project, two organizations she passionately supported and generously contributed to throughout her life.

A complete obituary is in the October 21, 2026 issue of The Platteville Journal.
