Berneice Severine, 98, of Rockford, Illinois, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 23, 2021, at home surrounded by her loving family. 

Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 28, at St. Edward Catholic Church, 3004 11 St. Burial will be in Scandinavian Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass on Friday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church.
