ARKANSAS—Brenda Ann Kipper, age 65, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas, passed away, Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2016 at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Arkansas.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Sept. 21 at Schwartz Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Lancaster. Burial in Hillside Cemetery in Lancaster at a later date.
