Brian W. Fugate, 56, of Cobb, passed away Friday, Oct. 12, 2018 at Manor Care of Platteville, surrounded by his loving family.

Visitation will be held noon to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Soman-Larson Funeral Home in Montfort.  A memorial service conducted by Brian’s uncle, Pastor Jerry Fugate of Jonesville, N.C., will follow visitation hours.  In lieu of plants and flowers, a memorial fund for sons Justin and Tyler is being established in loving memory of their father, Brian Fugate.  Online condolences may be shared at www.larsonfuneralhomes.com.
