MONROE, S.D.—Charles “Chuck” Walter Visser, age 58, passed away after a brief illness on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2014 at Sanford USD Medical Center, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Funeral services were held at Emmanuel Presbyterian Church of Marion, S.D., at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 8.  Memorials in Chuck’s name may be given to the Sioux Falls Humane Society and the Monroe South Dakota Volunteer Fire Department.
