Clarence L. “LeRoy” Johnson, age 78, of Union Grove passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014 at Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie.  LeRoy was born May 19, 1935 to Clarence and Florence (nee O’Brien) Johnson in Willow Springs Township. 

A Time of Remembrance took place on Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. at the Polnasek-Daniels Family Funeral Home in Union Grove.  Relatives and friends visited with the family on Thursday, Feb. 6 from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial with full military honors took place on Friday, Feb. 7 at 10:00 a.m. at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery.   

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the staff of Hospice Alliance, at the Hospice House, for all their care and compassion and to all the friends and family that visited and sent cards to LeRoy.
