BLOOMINGTON—David C. Moore, age 56, of Bloomington, died on Monday, May 6, 2013, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. 

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Bloomington with Rev. Mary Ann Floerke officiating. Burial will be in Hermitage Cemetery, Mt. Hope Township.  Family and friends may call on Friday, May 10 from 4 until 8 p.m. at the church and on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church.  At David’s request, please dress in jeans and t-shirts for the services. In lieu of plants and flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Vandy Bloyer Bloomington Village Square Shelter Fund.  Martin Funeral Home and Cremation Services in Bloomington is serving the family.
