David F. Burbach, 69, of Henderson, Nev., formerly of Platteville and Cuba City, passed away on Tuesday, June 18 in Sioux Falls, S.D.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 24 at St. Augustine University Parish in Platteville. Burial was at the Blockhouse Cemetery in rural Platteville. Visitation was from 3–7 p.m. on Sunday, June 23  at the Haudenshield Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Cuba City and also on Monday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
