Dennis A. Blanchard, 67, Black River Falls, died Friday, December 18, 2015 at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in LaCrosse.

The Memorial Service was held at 12:00 noon at Trinity Lutheran Church, Boscobel,  on Wednesday, December 23.
A graveside burial followed.

Beeman-Patchak Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
