Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 25, at 11:00 a.m. at Pratt Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Cathy Manthei officiating with burial that followed in the Bowen Cemetery. A visitation was held on Tuesday, January 24, at Pratt Memorial Chapel and again on Wednesday, January 25, until the time of the service. The family suggests that memorials in Penny’s name be directed to the Lions Club Eye Bank of Wisconsin or GRACE. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service assisted the family with arrangements. Online condolences can be made at prattfuneralservice.com.
