Elva H. Harker, 92 of Shullsburg, passed away peacefully Monday, Nov. 7, 2011, at Pleasant View Nursing Home in Monroe. She was born June 11, 1919, in the town of Shullsburg, the daughter of William and Gladys (Teasdale) Glindinning. Funeral services will be held Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at 11 a.m. at Centenary United Methodist Church, 226 West Church Street in Shullsburg, with Rev. Jeffrey A. Meyer officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Shullsburg. A visitation will be held Thursday, Nov. 10, from 3-7 p.m. at O’Flahrity-Erickson Funeral Home and Crematory, 235 North Judgement Street in Shullsburg, and on Friday, Nov. 11, from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.  Full obituary in the November 10, 2011 issue of the Republican Journal.
