Ervin M. Prochaska, 82, of Montfort, died on Saturday morning Dec. 26, 2015, at Upland Hills Health in Dodgeville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 30, at Saints Anthony and Philip Catholic Church in Highland.  Burial with military honors will follow in St. John Nepomuc Catholic Church Cemetery in Castle Rock Township, Grant County.  Father Jim Murphy will be officiating. Visitation was held from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening Dec. 29, at Saints Anthony and Philip Catholic Church in Highland and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church on Wednesday morning.
