Evelyn E. Butson, 97, Platteville, found peace on Wednesday, Feb. 8 when she went to join her mama, dad, brother and husband.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 13 at the Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville. Rev. Brenda Whitford officiated. Burial was at Whig Cemetery. Visitation was from 4–8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12 at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Monday. Memorials may be made to the Evelyn E. Butson Memorial Fund.
