Evelyn M. Berkan, 98, Platteville, died on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2013 at ManorCare Health Services in Platteville.

Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 21 at the Melby Funeral Home and Crematory in Platteville. Rev. Mike Short officiated. Burial was at Hillside Cemetery in Platteville.
