Frederick Ewing Mehren, 83, of Rockford passed away peacefully Sunday, Feb. 19.

Memorial service were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 25 at Court Street United Methodist Church, 215 N. Court Street in Rockford, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service in the church. A luncheon followed the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Court Street United Methodist Church.
